The housing of the luminaire provides the type of explosion protection db “flameproof enclosure”, mb “pouring compound” and t “from the ignition of dust”.
The light-passing part of the luminaires is impact-resistant heat-resistant borosilicate glass, which possesses high mechanical strength, wear resistance, heat resistance at temperature difference, chemical resistance, high light transmission capacity. The luminaire is available with four types of light-transmitting element:
1. Monolithic polycarbonate – without an index in the name of the luminaire

2. Light-transmitting hood made of heat-resistant impact-resistant borosilicate glass in the form of a headlamp – an index in the name of the lamp “Cn”

3. Light-transmitting hood made of heat-resistant impact-resistant borosilicate glass of truncated form – the index in the name of the lamp “Su”

4. Light-transmitting hood made of heat-resistant impact-resistant borosilicate glass of classical shape – the index in the name of the lamp “C”

The luminaire can be supplied with input boxes of various types of construction:
“M1” -small lead-in box with screw cap fastening,

“M2” – a small lead-in box with threaded cover fastening,

“B1” – a large lead-in box with screw cover fastening,

“B2” – a large lead-in box with a screw-fastened lid. The luminaire can be mounted on a 3/4 “pipe, an earring or a hook,

“B3” is a large lead-in box with a screw-fastened lid. Box type “B”, “B2” and “B3” has the ability to transit or deadlock installation
It can be equipped with cable glands for round, armored cable or metal hose through explosion-proof cable entry, 1/2 “, ¾”, M25.
• The developed fins of the radiators located on the housing effectively drain heat from the LEDs. The power supply and the camera with LED matrices are located in independent cases. This design feature does not allow combining the heat fluxes emanating from the LEDs with their own heating of the power supplies. Thus, efficient operation of LED crystals in more comfortable conditions is achieved.

The use of LED matrices based on high-efficiency LEDs CREE XTE allows to increase the luminaire’s power up to 80 W with a light output of more than 13000 Lm
Color of the lamp with an anti-static coating of any color in the RAL catalog
The original solution allows you to change the outdated luminaires type VZG-200 to lamps type DSP47 (DSP47M) without additional difficulties. The ¾ “pipe wiring familiar to everyone and the ¾” pipe mount allows for 5 minutes to replace any obsolete luminaire with a clear and familiar fastener.
• The power source (power supply unit) is located in a box with type of protection “d”. This constructive feature makes the lamp repairable in the conditions of any workshop.
• Due to the low ripple coefficient, the luminaires can be used not only in machine halls and workshops with moving and rotating machines and mechanisms, but also as lighting for the operator control zones and other maintenance personnel.
• Possibility to supply the luminaire with permanently attached cable.
• The case of the luminaire is made of high-corrosion aluminum alloy according to GOST1583-93. Perhaps chemically resistant design, using a polymer acid-resistant coating of the shell and fasteners from special steel. .
• The luminaires use highly efficient (above 150 lm / W) LEDs of CREE XTE, LG and Samsung S5
• The luminaire uses a variety of mounting options
