Explosion-Proof LED Lighting DSP48 Series – New Generation Lighting

In the lighting equipment of the DSP48 series, superbright LEDs of the world’s leading manufacturers are used – LG-Innotek, CREE with efficiency and light output.

ADVANTAGES

– The housing is made of corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy AK9M2 and forms an explosion-proof shell of the type of protection db “explosion-proof shell” (GOST IEC 60079-1-2013 Explosive atmospheres. Part 1), the light chamber is equipped with a heat-resistant borosilicate glass cap.

– Power supply and camera with LED matrices are located in independent housings. Luminaire housingdesigned withminimal thermal resistance. This design feature does not allow combining heat flows emanating from LEDs with their own heating of power sources. Thus, the operation of LED crystals in more comfortable conditions is achieved.

– The current source (driver), emergency power supply unit (UPS) and battery (NiMh or NiCd type batteries), are located in a box with the type of protection type “db”. This design feature makes the lamp repairable in any workshop. It is especially important to consider this feature when planning a replacement battery..

 

– The emergency power supply unit (UPS) ensures uninterrupted operation of LED lamps for at least 1 hour in the event of an unexpected disconnection of the 230V ~ network or when the voltage drops below the threshold level while maintaining 10% of the luminous flow.

The ability to execute DSP48 AO under LIC of type “M” – circle diagram. There is the possibility (including when the main power is lost) to illuminate those areas that areabove the point of suspension of the lamp, which cannot be done by common LED lamps with a “cosine” LIC type “D”. This feature makes it indispensable when replacing lamps with incandescent lamps or lamps of the type DRL, DNAT or DRI.
– Due to the low ripple coefficient, luminaires can be used not only in machine rooms and workshops with moving and rotating machines and mechanisms, but also as lighting for working areas of control operators and other maintenance personnel.

– It can be equipped with cable entries for a round, armored cable or metal hose with mount for 1/2”, ¾”, М25 .

 

 The lamp can be supplied in various designs.

 

  • DSP48-АО хх B2 series

  • It is used to mount the lamp on the pipe G 3/4″.
  • The cable enters the input box directly from the pipe wiring.
  • The sealing element in the input box is recommended to be changed every 3-4 years.

  • The cable enters the input box through the cable entry. This solution allows for the transit (passage) installation of the lamp.
