Explosion-proof lighting fixture VZG-200DMis made with a lens of impact-resistant glass type “Sp”.Optimal solution for lighting fixtures with type LIC “D”. Special optical impact-resistant glass provides maximum efficiency from an LED light source, with virtually no reduction in light flow. This is confirmed by the data from the test protocol – for 30.4 W power consumption, the light flow of the lighting fixture with “Sp” type diffuser reaches 3822 Lm!

Advantages

• The original solution allows to change morally obsolete lighting fixtures of type VZG-200 to lighting fixtures of type VZG-200DM without additional difficulties. Familiar to all pipe wires ¾” and fixing on a pipe ¾” allows after 5 minutes to replace any obsolete lighting fixtures with LED lighting fixtures with a clear and familiar mount. • It can be equipped with cable entries for a round, armored cable or a metal hose with 1/2”, ¾”, М25.

• The current source (power supply) is located in a box with explosion protection type “d.” This design feature makes the lighting fixture repairable in any workshop. • Chemical-resistant design,is possible, with application of polymer acid-resistant coating of housing and fasteners made of special steel.

 

 The lighting fixture can be supplied in different versions

• Without input box – VZG200DM series. The cable is connected to the mounting block inside the lighting fixture after the protective glass cap is turned off. The cable lead is screwed directly into the lighting fixture housing.

 

• VZG200DM-хх-М2 series

• Used to attach the lighting fixture to the pipe G 3/4″.
• The cable enters the input box directly from the pipe wiring.
• It is recommended to change the sealing element in the input box every 3-4 years.

• VZG200DM-хх-М3 series

• The cable enters the input box through the cable entry. This solution allows for the transit (passage) installation of the lighting fixture.
• Cable entries can have a connecting thread size: М20; М25; 1/2″;  3/4″.
