ADVANTAGES

Case of the lamp provides the type of explosion protection

– db “explosion-proof shell,” mb “compound filling” and t “against dust ignition”
– Light-transmitting part of lamps – impact-resistant heat-resistant borosilicate glass, having high mechanical strength, wear resistance, heat resistance at temperature difference, chemical resistance, high light-transmitting capacity

Chemical-resistant design, is possible, with application of polymer acid-resistant coating of housing and fasteners from special rack.

– Due to the low pulsation coefficient lamps can be used not only in machine rooms and workshops with moving and rotating machines and mechanisms, but also as lighting of working zones of control operators and other maintenance personnel

– The explosion-proof LED lamps of the ДСП48-01 series are devoid of such disadvantages, as chemical and physical aging of polymers.

– The lamp housing is made of highly corrosive aluminum alloy according to GOST1583-93. Chemical resistant performance, possible, using polymer acid-resistant coating of the housing and fasteners made of special steel.

The lamps use high-performance LEDs of the brand CREE XTE,  LG and  Samsung S5

– The lamp uses various mounting options.  – Painting of the lamp with anti-static coating of any color according to the catalogue RAL

The developed radiator fins located on the bodyeffectively remove heat from the LEDs. The power supply and the camera with LED matrices are located in independent buildings. This design feature does not allow combining heat flows, emanating from LEDs with their own heating of power sources.

Efficient operation of LED crystals in more comfortable conditions

The lamp is available with four types of light transmitting element:

1. Monolithic polycarbonate– without index in the name of the lamp

2. Light-transmitting cap made of heat-resistant shock-resistant borosilicate glass in the form of headlamp – index in the name of the lamp “Sp”

3. Light-transmitting capmade of heat-resistant shock-resistant borosilicate glass of truncated shape – index in the name of the lamp “Su”

4. Light-transmitting cap made of heat-resistant shock-resistant borosilicate glassof classical form – ndex in the name of the lamp “S”

 

 The lamp can be supplied in different versions.

  • DSP47Мхх-М2series

  • Used to mount the lamp on the pipe G 3/4″.
  • The cable enters the input box directly from the pipe wiring.
  • The sealing element in the input box is recommended to be changed every 3-4 years.
